Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time, we don’t offer a gift-wrapping service.
All orders are carefully packed in our simple, minimal packaging which is understated, just like our clothes — making them suitable for gifting as they are.
It’s something we plan to offer in the future.
Can I use gift cards online?
Gift cards purchased in-store can only be redeemed in-store. They cannot be used for online purchases.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
We do not offer online exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item to us.
- Place a new order for the size or colour you require.
- Alternatively visit us in store.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we don’t ship outside of the U.K.
It’s something we plan to offer in the future.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.
If you wish to return an order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your items.
Alternatively, visit one of our stores to exchange your items, subject to stock availability.
How can I report a defective item?
If you receive a defective item, please:
- Call us on 01926 290773.
- Share with us your order number with a description of the issue. We may ask for some photos.
- Alternatively, visit our stores with the item, and our team will assist you.
