1. Definitions and Interpretation

• Contract – any contract for the sale of goods and/or supply of services between Perennial Menswear and you.
• Goods – any products supplied by us under an accepted order.
• Returns Policy – the standard terms governing the return of Goods.
• Working Days – Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (excluding UK bank and public holidays).
• We/Us/Our – Perennial Menswear.
• You/Your – the person placing an order or entering into a Contract with us.

1.2 Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

1.3 Where consent or discretion is referenced, we will act reasonably unless otherwise stated.

1.4 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

2. Basis of Sale

• 2.1 These Terms, together with any additional policies (e.g., Returns Policy), form the entire agreement between you and Perennial Menswear.
• 2.2 Our employees or agents cannot make representations about Goods unless confirmed in writing.
• 2.3 Goods delivered in instalments constitute separate contracts. Failure to deliver one instalment does not allow cancellation of others.
• 2.4 Product specifications, dimensions, and weights are approximate.
• 2.5 Promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time. If you have already paid, a full refund will be issued.

3. Orders and Specifications

• 3.1 Your order is an offer to purchase, accepted when we send confirmation. Goods must be for personal use only. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 16 years old.
• 3.2 Resale of Goods is not permitted without our consent. Commercial orders may have adjusted Returns Policy and handling fees.
• 3.3 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of order details.
• 3.4 Custom specifications / alterations made to your size.

  • You indemnify us against any IP infringement claims resulting from your specification.
  • We may modify specifications to comply with legal requirements.

4. Price of Goods

• 4.2 Errors in pricing may be corrected; you may reconfirm or cancel the order.
• 4.3 If goods are unavailable, we may offer substitutes or issue a full refund.
• 4.4 Any delivery or packaging charges will be confirmed at checkout.

5. Terms of Payment

• 5.1 Payment options are as displayed on the website.
• 5.2 Late payment may result in cancellation, suspension of deliveries, or interest charges at 3% above Barclays Bank Plc base rate.
• 5.3 Dishonored card payments may incur additional fees.
• 5.4 Payment validation and fraud checks may be carried out. Orders may be delayed pending verification.

6. Delivery

• 6.1 You must arrange to receive your Goods.
• 6.2 Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
• 6.3 Liability for non-delivery is limited to the cost of replacement Goods.
• 6.4 Requests to leave items in a safe place transfer risk to you.
• 6.5 Failure to accept delivery may result in storage or additional delivery charges.
• 6.6 Duties and customs fees are your responsibility for international orders.

7. Risk and Ownership

• 7.1 Risk passes to you on delivery.
• 7.2 Ownership passes once full payment is received.
• 7.3 If you fail to pay, we may repossess the Goods.

8. Warranties and Liability

• 8.1 Except as required by law, all statutory warranties are excluded.
• 8.2 Consumer rights under UK law are not affected.
• 8.3 Warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized alterations.
• 8.4 Faulty Goods must be reported within 30 days; we may repair, replace, or refund.
• 8.5 Liability is limited to foreseeable losses directly resulting from a breach.

• 8.7 Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, defective products, or unlawful acts.

9. Promotional Codes, Discounts, and Offers

• 9.1 Promotional codes and offers are subject to terms specified with each promotion.
• 9.2 Codes are single-use and not combinable unless expressly stated.
• 9.3 No cash alternative is available.
• 9.4 Promotional codes apply only at the time of order placement.
• 9.5 Proportional deductions apply for returns or exchanges of discounted goods.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Right to Cancel

• 10.1 You may cancel orders within 14 days of receiving Goods, unless personalized or custom-made.
• 10.2 Returns must be in original condition with labels attached.
• 10.3 Pre-paid courier returns may incur a £2.99 fee; in-store returns are free.
• 10.4 Gift card purchases will refund to the original card.

11. Gift Cards

• 11.1 Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from last use.
• 11.2 Minimum value £10; maximum £1000.
• 11.3 Cards are in-store in the UK.
• 11.4 Cards are not refundable, exchangeable for cash, or transferable to third parties.
• 11.5 Remaining balances may be used on future purchases.
• 11.6 Perennial Menswear is not liable for lost or stolen cards.

12. General

• 12.1 Neither party is liable for failure due to causes beyond reasonable control.
• 12.2 Notices may be sent by email or post.
• 12.3 These Terms are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
• 12.4 Copyright and intellectual property on all images, text, and content are owned by Perennial Menswear.
• 12.5 You may not transfer your rights or obligations without consent.
