Returns

We hope you’re happy with your order but if you’ve had a change of heart, you have 14 days from the date it arrives to send it back to us. Please note, we’re only able to accept returns made within this timeframe.

What You Can Return

We accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with all original labels and packaging intact.

If an item is damaged, worn beyond trying on, altered, or returned without its original labels and packaging intact, we may need to make a deduction or in some cases decline the return altogether.

We ask that you treat the item with care until you’re sure it’s right for you.

  • Multi-pack items must be returned in full.
  • Hygiene-sealed items (like underwear or swimwear) can only be returned if unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Multi-buy offers (such as 3 for 2) can be returned individually, but the refund amount will be adjusted based on the promotional pricing versus the standard price.
  • If your order included a free item, this must also be returned with your order.

Any items we’re unable to resell will be donated to charity.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

How to Return

  1. Visit our returns portal
  2. Find your order by entering your order number and postcode.
  3. Print the Evri returns carrier label.
  4. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging that it came in or a similar size mailing bag / box.
  5. Drop the parcel off to your closest Evri parcel shop

The customer will always be held responsible for returning the products in a secure package of a similar size it arrived in.

Once your return arrives, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days, back to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once this has been done.

Return Fee

Return shipping is at your cost and we will deduct £3.00 from your refund amount. This is £3.00 per return request/parcel and not per item.

Returning In Store

If you’d prefer, you can return online purchases in our Leamington Spa store for free. Just bring your e-receipt or delivery note along with the item(s), and we’ll refund you using your original payment method. We can’t process a refund without your order number.

Store Purchases

Items bought in store can only be returned in store.
